Mission
What you will drive
- Serve in a lead role in litigation and investigations, including case development, legal strategy, factual and legal research, site visits, and client development.
- Represent clients in class action and impact litigation through all stages, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, brief writing, in-court argument, and trial.
- Negotiate settlements, draft mediation statements and settlement agreements, and conduct client outreach to maintain relationships with disability advocates and organizations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Juris Doctorate and ability to practice law in Massachusetts (current MA bar admission or immediate ability to be admitted).
- 7+ years of legal practice experience, with at least 5 years of litigation or equivalent experience; preference for class action and/or civil rights experience.
- High quality legal writing and in-court/negotiation advocacy skills, professionalism, and sound ethical judgment.
- Demonstrated commitment to protecting rights of historically marginalized groups, including people with disabilities.
