What you will drive

  • Plan and facilitate 3–4 virtual Listening Sessions with State of Oregon employees to gather feedback on benefits education and navigation.
  • Co-design session structure and approach with Uplift Oregon staff, ensuring inclusive and psychologically safe spaces.
  • Synthesize qualitative data into themes and recommendations, providing de-identified raw data in CSV format.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Demonstrated experience in group facilitation, particularly in a dual moderator or neutral third-party role.
  • Expertise in equity-centered engagement practices aligned with REDI, REALD, and SOGI frameworks.
  • Ability to create psychologically safe spaces for diverse employee populations, including Black, Brown, Indigenous, and disabled individuals.
  • Experience supporting conversations about workplace benefits, systems, and employee experience.
