Listening Session Facilitator (Temporary Contract Opportunity)

• Plan and facilitate 3–4 virtual Listening Sessions with State of Oregon employees to gather feedback on benefits education and navigation.
• Co-design session structure and approach with Uplift Oregon staff, ensuring inclusive and psychologically safe spaces.
• Synthesize qualitative data into themes and recommendations, providing de-identified raw data in CSV format.

This role directly informs the redesign of Uplift Oregon's benefits education model, ensuring it is responsive to the needs of diverse State employees, particularly those from historically marginalized groups, thereby advancing equity in public service.

• Demonstrated experience in group facilitation, particularly in a dual moderator or neutral third-party role.
• Expertise in equity-centered engagement practices aligned with REDI, REALD, and SOGI frameworks.
• Ability to create psychologically safe spaces for diverse employee populations, including Black, Brown, Indigenous, and disabled individuals.
• Experience supporting conversations about workplace benefits, systems, and employee experience.

This is a temporary contract opportunity. Compensation details are not specified in the posting. The role offers flexible timing with 3–4 sessions anticipated within the next 12 months.
