Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage and provide real estate legal support for clean energy and data center development projects across Intersect's portfolio.
  • Lead negotiation, review, and management of lease options, purchase options, easements, crossing agreements, and other real estate agreements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Land, Development, Construction, Operations, Environmental/Permitting) to advance projects efficiently while managing legal risk.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel on drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and closing transactions.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
  • 5+ years of experience as a real estate transactional attorney in a law firm and/or in-house legal environment.
  • Strong experience with real estate agreements commonly used in clean energy, infrastructure, data center, or related industries.
  • Ability to independently manage a high volume of transactions while maintaining attention to detail and strong judgment.
