Mission
What you will drive
- Provide expert legal advice on HVDC and GPQSS business tenders and projects, including risk identification, contract negotiation, and dispute management.
- Lead legal review for risk reviews and engage with internal stakeholders to develop legal strategies and mitigation actions.
- Support contract managers and project teams during execution, manage disputes and litigations, and liaise with external law firms.
- Ensure corporate governance, implement Code of Ethics, and assist with integrity-related investigations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Law degree and fully qualified lawyer in England & Wales with 5+ years PQE in grid systems or major utilities construction/engineering projects.
- Experienced in contract law, drafting, administration, and negotiation, with strong knowledge of FIDIC, NEC3, NEC4, and MF/1.
- Proven track record in complex international corporate and commercial transactions within the engineering/construction industry.
- Business-minded, solution-oriented, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
