Legal Contract Management Senior Professional

• Develop and implement contract strategies aligned with business and project goals
• Review and negotiate commercial and technical terms in tenders and agreements
• Identify contract risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies
• Provide contractual guidance to project managers and internal stakeholders

This role directly supports the energy transition by guiding complex energy projects from concept to completion, ensuring strong governance and risk management that enables sustainable energy solutions.

• Degree in Law or equivalent qualification
• 7+ years of experience in contract management
• Experience with Data Center, EPC, or Power Generation contracts
• Strong knowledge of contract negotiation, legal frameworks, and risk management
