Learning Specialist

• Support the design, development, and delivery of training programs across the plant and enterprise.
• Assist in assessing organizational and role-based development needs and contribute to creating training materials and curricula.
• Collaborate with leaders and departments to identify training needs, coordinate sessions, and evaluate effectiveness.

This role supports the development of a skilled workforce in the manufacturing of distribution transformers, contributing to grid modernization and sustainable energy infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree in training & development, Education, Human Resources, or related field; or 2 years equivalent experience.
• Effective facilitation and presentation skills for classroom and virtual audiences.
• Strong written communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
