Lead Systems Analyst

• Execute system configuration, customization, maintenance, repair, and design of core systems.
• Partner with cross-system teams to ensure scalable and repeatable technology solutions support business and stakeholder requirements.
• Lead departmental cross-team projects and serve as an SME through incident management and support escalations.

This role ensures the reliability and scalability of business-critical systems, enabling JLG to deliver innovative access solutions that improve safety and efficiency in the construction industry.

• Five or more years of experience in the field or related area.
• Advanced understanding of API development and message protocols (Postman, REST, SOAP, XML).
• Advanced knowledge working in agile and scrum methodology environment.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members on best practices and solution design.
