Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the pilot review of content-specific instructional materials, ensuring alignment to college and career-ready standards and EdReports' high-quality, evidence-based criteria.
- Train and support educator-reviewers, ensuring consistent calibration across teams to produce reliable, evidence-rich reviews.
- Collaborate across the organization and with external partners to refine review tools and processes based on research and feedback.
- Serve as a thought leader, communicating EdReports' tools and review results to educators, districts, states, and partner nonprofits.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Deep expertise in Multilingual Learner (MLL) education and foundational literacy skills, with at least seven years of professional experience in curriculum design, instruction, coaching, research, assessment, or program leadership supporting multilingual learners.
- Minimum of five years of people and/or project management experience.
- Strong understanding of current research, policy, and best practices related to multilingual learner education.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills and interpersonal skills; fluent in Google Suite and MS Office suite.

Salary: $102,824 - $139,114 annually.
