Lead Research Scientist

• In this role, you'll determine Neo's research agenda and decide where researchers and collaborations can achieve the greatest impact on frontier AI safety.
• Lead major research projects from problem selection through methodology, analysis, and publication.
• Develop rigorous approaches to studying frontier-model behaviours, including evaluation recognition and concealment.
• Guide and mentor researchers, review experimental designs, and maintain high standards of evidence.
• Build collaborations with AI Safety Institutes, frontier labs, and model developers.
