What you will drive
Design and lead a new incubator for AI safety organizations, from program conception through launch and ongoing support of early-stage founders.
- Design program structure: cohort model, selection criteria, support services, and graduation criteria for incubated organizations.
- Recruit and advise founding teams, helping with strategy, fundraising, hiring, and operational needs.
- Build application and selection processes, launch the first cohort, and establish program operations.
- Requires experience founding an organization or running an incubator, accelerator, or fellowship program.
- Requires deep AI safety ecosystem knowledge and strong judgment about which organizations and founders to back.
