Mission

What you will drive

Support AI safety university group organizers through mentorship, funding, and event coordination to build the global pipeline of safety professionals.
- Help run the Pathfinder Fellowship: onboard groups, coordinate mentorship, manage communications and grants.
- Organize in-person events for organizers and students, including OASIS workshops and new group seeding initiatives.
- Support strong organizers in transitioning to full-time AI safety roles in research, policy, or operations.
- Build and improve systems and infrastructure for the fellowship, including applications, grants, and communications.
- Requires past experience as a university AI safety group organizer with deep ecosystem context and high agency.
