Lead Reporting Data Analyst

• Support and maintain regulatory change management workflows within the CMS/GRC platform, tracking regulatory developments and monitoring implementation across business units.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to provide visibility into regulatory requirements, compliance activities, and emerging risks.
• Translate regulatory data into clear reporting and insights to support management and executive decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to enhance regulatory reporting, analytics, and automation to improve enterprise visibility into regulatory risks and compliance performance.

This role helps ensure regulatory compliance and risk management for a major electric utility, supporting reliable and clean energy delivery to millions of Floridians while advancing the transition to a sustainable energy future.

• Bachelor's Degree in business, mathematics, data analytics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or related field.
• 3+ years of compliance, regulatory operations, or transferable experience in energy, utilities, or another highly regulated industry.
• Demonstrated experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) and designing executive-level dashboards.
