Lead Program Manager

• Independently set timelines and goals for large scale Autonomous Vehicle development programs and/or other large scale initiatives that involve cross departmental collaboration.
• Manage program timelines and track status of deliverables from Product Definition through Launch phases for one or multiple Autonomous Vehicle programs.
• Own the financial health of assigned platforms: establish budget baselines, forecast costs, and monitor expenditures throughout the program lifecycle.
• Anticipate risks and work with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation plans.

This role directly contributes to deploying autonomous vehicles that reduce congestion, expand access, and foster greener, more livable communities, making transportation safer and more sustainable.

• Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Product Development discipline.
• 7-10 years of experience in program management working with complex products.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
• PMP Certification (desirable).

Salary Range: $130,000 - $160,000 USD.
