Mission

What you will drive

  • Independently set timelines and goals for large scale Autonomous Vehicle development programs and/or other large scale initiatives that involve cross departmental collaboration.
  • Manage program timelines and track status of deliverables from Product Definition through Launch phases for one or multiple Autonomous Vehicle programs.
  • Own the financial health of assigned platforms: establish budget baselines, forecast costs, and monitor expenditures throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Anticipate risks and work with stakeholders to identify and execute mitigation plans.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering or Product Development discipline.
  • 7-10 years of experience in program management working with complex products.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
  • PMP Certification (desirable).
