Mission
What you will drive
- Partner with GTM and business leaders to scope, plan, and execute programs that drive growth, efficiency, and customer success.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives such as lead to cash, revenue intelligence, AI for Sales, data enrichment and customer lifecycle optimization.
- Define and improve GTM processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and clarity across teams.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex GTM programs, from scoping through execution and adoption.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 8+ years leading large-scale GTM or RevOps programs, including lead-to-cash processes and enterprise system implementations in a public SaaS company (>$1B revenue).
- Experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, or Gainsight.
- Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Salary range in the US: $174,000.00 - $279,000.00
