What you will drive

  • Design, build, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Platform to support engineering and operational needs.
  • Lead a small team of developers, providing hands-on mentorship and ensuring best practices.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, including Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse solutions.
  • Establish and maintain reusable components, templates, and deployment pipelines.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint).
  • Strong understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and relational data modeling.
  • Experience with Power Platform governance, DLP policies, and deployment pipelines.
  • Preferred: Experience in Engineering or Utility industries; familiarity with SQL, SSMS, and Power Platform Admin Center.
