What you will drive
- Serve as a senior advisor to executives on organizational design, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategy.
- Lead complex organizational change initiatives and drive enterprise talent planning, succession management, and leadership development.
- Provide guidance on complex employee relations issues and champion a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise HR programs and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
