Mission
What you will drive
- Lead aspects of SPEN's regulatory strategy for delivering over £10bn investment in the transmission network, identifying opportunities for SP Energy Networks to deliver for stakeholders.
- Develop SPEN's plans for future regulatory price controls, leading distinct policy and regulatory projects.
- Advance and develop SPEN's regulatory strategy, including preparing responses to industry consultations and supporting the development of the regulatory framework.
- Keep up to date on key regulatory and policy issues and communicate them internally to keep the business informed.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Previous experience in economics, regulation, commercial or policy roles, preferably within the energy sector.
- Ability to prioritise and manage a diverse workload with limited supervision.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong analytical and numeracy skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with AI tools advantageous.
