Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and close complex land agreements across wind, solar, transmission, battery storage, mineral waivers, and purchase options from initial engagement through execution.
  • Oversee land campaigns across multiple active projects, ensuring alignment with development trajectory and milestones.
  • Set and execute land acquisition strategies aligned with broader project and portfolio goals, including budget management and governance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Development, Engineering, Community Engagement, and Legal teams to advance projects.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of land experience, including 5+ years leading land teams on energy infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of structuring and closing complex land agreements within the energy industry.
  • Experience leading teams, including direct reports and third-party agents, with strong cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field, or professional designations such as AAPL, CALEP, IRWA (or equivalent experience).

Compensation: $215,000 to $240,000 total compensation (base salary + bonus in USD).
