Mission

What you will drive

  • Drive business development and acquire new customers in the Italian utility-scale solar market, while supporting growth across the Balkans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including EPCs, developers, and investors.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature, including commercial negotiations.
  • Represent the company at industry events and regularly visit customers and project sites.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Several years of successful sales or business development experience within the utility-scale solar industry.
  • Strong existing network with EPCs, developers, IPPs, investors, or other key players in the Italian solar market.
  • Fluent in Italian (Native) and English (Professional); additional languages are a plus.
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment with extensive travel.
