Junior Industry Capability & Inclusion Analyst

• Collect, validate, and reconcile Industry Capability & Inclusion (ICI) data with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain structured datasets, upload data to client/internal systems, and prepare data for audits.
• Support procurement schedules, reporting trackers, and identify social enterprises and Indigenous suppliers.
• Act as a contact for ICI data queries and assist with delivery of ICI initiatives and events.

This role supports the delivery of Industry Capability & Inclusion outcomes on major rail infrastructure projects, promoting local industry participation and social inclusion, contributing to sustainable community development.

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role with extensive Excel exposure.
• Advanced Excel skills including data cleansing, complex formulas, and managing large datasets.
• Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
