Journey Manager

• Onboard participants and lead kick-off calls across global time zones for 4-12 week virtual exchange programs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for approximately 100 concurrent educator-traveler partnerships, ensuring support and success.
• Maintain accurate program data using Salesforce, Asana, and other tools for reporting and operational needs.

This role directly supports virtual exchange programs that connect K-12 students to global travelers, inspiring curiosity, confidence, and compassion while making the benefits of travel accessible to all students.

• Prior experience in K-12 education (classroom or experiential).
• Prior experience using Salesforce and Asana.
• Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple time zones, cultural contexts, and educational settings.
• Relentless attention to detail and passion for polished, error-free writing.

Eight-month, full-time contract (40 hours per week) running annually from September through April. Fully remote. High-performing contractors may be invited to return for subsequent program years.
