Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as primary Finance point of contact for programmatic teams and grantees, managing grantee relations, technical assistance, and help desk support.
  • Own end-to-end grantee payment process including invoice review, budget management, and disbursement coordination.
  • Ensure audit-ready financial records, compliance with grant terms, and accurate financial reporting for leadership and funders.
  • Drive process improvements across the grant lifecycle and support grant closeout activities.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or grants management; fund accounting strongly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and fund accounting, with experience in budget-to-actual analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations.
