About This Role
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you'll own the full-cycle AP process, from invoice posting to payment, while also supporting month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, and audit requests. This role is pivotal in streamlining manual processes and leveraging automation and AI to improve efficiency and controls. Your work will directly impact financial accuracy and operational excellence across the finance team.

A typical day starts by reviewing and coding incoming invoices, then posting them in Sage Intacct and routing for approvals. You might process employee expense reports in Concur, reconcile corporate credit card transactions, and prepare payment batches. During month-end, you'll focus on accruals, reconciliations, and supporting the finance team with reports and audit requests, while also looking for ways to automate recurring tasks.
