Starlink Crisis Response Lead

• Drive operational readiness and process excellence by monitoring readiness metrics, identifying risks/gaps, and leading process improvements for crisis response.
• Build cross-functional networks and enablement capabilities to improve information flow and execution during crises.
• Perform data analytics and insights to support high-pressure decision-making on response performance and operational bottlenecks.
• Serve as an external stakeholder interface with emergency response agencies globally to understand operational requirements and mission-critical objectives.

This role enables Starlink to provide critical communications during natural disasters and emergencies, directly supporting humanitarian response and saving lives by ensuring connectivity when it is most needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or high school diploma with 3+ years of professional experience in emergency/crisis response.
• 2+ years of consulting, project management, or crisis response coordination experience.
• 2+ years of experience with data analysis, reporting, or performance metrics (Excel modeling, dashboards, etc.).
• 1+ year of experience in a customer/external-facing role.
