Senior Solutions Engineer

• Act as the senior analyst for escalated investigations spanning supported DRP use cases.
• Design, build, and maintain automations that reduce manual analyst effort across the DRP alert lifecycle.
• Partner with Analysts, Program Managers, and Solutions Leaders to identify high-leverage automation opportunities.
• Support Sales and Solutions Consulting on Managed Services opportunities through scoping, technical deep-dives, and demonstrations.

This role helps protect organizations from digital threats by providing expert analysis and automation, enabling faster detection and response to cyber risks, thereby safeguarding critical assets and data.

• 8+ years of relevant work experience in Cyber Threat Intelligence, Digital Risk Protection, Security Operations, or Incident Response.
• 5+ years of hands-on analyst experience covering DRP-adjacent use cases.
• 2+ years of experience building automations or tooling in a security context, including Python, JSON, and REST APIs.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with customer-facing experience in presales or technical advisory capacity.

Base salary range: $108,000-$162,000. Eligible for incentive compensation, equity, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401K. Remote work flexibility.
