Mission
What you will drive
- Provide comprehensive administrative, organizational, and functional support to Pushpay leaders and the Founder of Nurture, including calendar management, email management, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
- Manage executive communications by drafting correspondence in the Founder's voice, maintaining a high standard of warmth and relational intelligence for pastors and nonprofit executives.
- Oversee the Founder's digital presence by planning, drafting, and publishing social media content to position him as a trusted voice in church leadership.
- Lead special projects such as event coordination, presentation development, and cross-functional initiatives to support executive effectiveness and workplace culture.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of administrative experience, with at least 3+ years supporting a senior executive (VP or above).
- Advanced proficiency in Google Suite required; familiarity with Slack, Confluence, and Asana preferred.
- Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for diverse audiences.
- Experience managing corporate or executive social media presence is highly preferred.
