What you will drive

  • Identify, secure, and expand new business to increase Wayfinder's reach in the Texas region.
  • Prospect strategically, build pipeline, and conduct 4-6 meaningful conversations daily with district partners and educators.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder district sales and serve as a problem-solver for schools.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying closing role in Texas with a proven track record of exceeding quota.
  • Experience selling software or curriculum related to whole child development (MTSS, SEL, College/Career Readiness, Behavior Support).
  • Strategic territory ownership and ability to navigate complex stakeholder management.
  • Strong relationship builder, self-motivated, organized, and persuasive.
