Mission

What you will drive

  • Identify, secure, and expand new business to increase Wayfinder's reach in K-12 education.
  • Prospect strategically across a defined territory, building a pipeline and prioritizing outreach.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder district sales cycles and build long-lasting relationships with educators and district leaders.
  • Provide logistical support for new school partners, including on-site trainings and invoicing.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years in a quota-carrying closing role with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
  • Experience selling software or curriculum related to whole child development (MTSS, SEL, College & Career Readiness).
  • Strategic territory ownership and ability to build territory plans independently.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and familiarity with K-12 education systems.
