Mission
What you will drive
- Identify, secure, and expand new business to increase Wayfinder's reach in K-12 education.
- Prospect strategically across a defined territory, building a pipeline and prioritizing outreach.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder district sales cycles and build long-lasting relationships with educators and district leaders.
- Provide logistical support for new school partners, including on-site trainings and invoicing.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years in a quota-carrying closing role with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
- Experience selling software or curriculum related to whole child development (MTSS, SEL, College & Career Readiness).
- Strategic territory ownership and ability to build territory plans independently.
- Strong relationship-building skills and familiarity with K-12 education systems.
