Senior Manager, Firefox Mobile Test Engineering

• Set and own Firefox Mobile's overall quality strategy as a product outcome.
• Manage Test Automation Engineering, oversee observability work, and lead exploratory testing program.
• Partner with Product, UX, and Engineering leadership to identify quality gaps and advocate for fixes.
• Manage and support a geographically distributed team of engineers and contractors.

This role ensures Firefox Mobile delivers excellent security, privacy, speed, and user choice for tens of millions of users monthly, contributing to a healthier internet.

• 10+ years of experience in test engineering, including 5+ years in technical management roles.
• Experience building or transforming a testing practice with hands-on knowledge of exploratory testing and test automation.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative signals into a coherent picture of product health.
• Strong communication skills and track record of effective partnership with Product, UX, and senior engineering leadership.
