ELA Assessment Content Creator, Elementary Grades 3-5 (24 month Fixed Term)

• Contribute to the creation of K-12 assessments, leveraging subject matter expertise to execute on blueprints and create high-quality assessment content for grades 3-5 ELA.
• Use and contribute to improvements in content and item management systems, ensuring alignment with state standards and item development best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, engineering) to create engaging, interactive, and informative assessments.
• Innovate with new item types made possible by AI technologies.

This role directly contributes to delivering free, high-quality education to millions of learners globally, with a focus on historically under-resourced communities, by creating assessments that improve learning outcomes.

• Experience in grades 3-5 ELA assessment development.
• 2+ years classroom experience teaching elementary school ELA.
• Deep pedagogical expertise and expertise in state and national standards.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and time management skills.
