Mission
What you will drive
- Produce recurring reporting for senior leadership, including maintaining Monthly Business Review slides with company-level KPIs and narrative context.
- Build, own, and improve self-serve dashboards for teams like Philanthropy, ensuring metrics are clearly defined and trusted.
- Respond to reporting requests from Philanthropy, translating questions into data requirements and delivering outputs on schedule.
- Improve reporting workflows by templating, documenting, and automating tasks, while shifting toward AI-powered self-serve access.

What makes you a great fit
- At least 2 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related role (internships/academic projects welcome).
- Solid SQL skills and experience building dashboards in a BI tool (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and ability to manage multiple requests.
- Interest in or experience with AI tools (e.g., LLMs) and willingness to learn AI-driven solutions.
