Grant Delivery Specialist

• Lead onboarding, proactive check-ins and clear communication with nonprofit partners.
• Research, evaluate, and curate relevant grant opportunities tailored to each organization's mission and needs.
• Draft compelling LOIs, grant applications, and supporting narratives aligned with funder requirements.
• Act as lead expert reviewer to ensure drafts are accurate, persuasive, and funder-ready.

This role directly helps nonprofits access more funding faster, enabling them to scale their social impact and serve their communities more effectively.

• 5+ years of grant writing experience, ideally for nonprofits or mission-led organizations.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to turn complex program information into clear funding narratives.
• Confidence using AI tools to support research, drafting, and quality assurance.
• Attention to detail, process discipline, and partner-first communication skills.
