What you will drive
- Own and build the People function across operations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, compliance, culture, and team leadership.
- Scale the organization from 40 to 75+ staff over 12 months across multiple geographies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on org design, compensation, and sensitive personnel decisions.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 7+ years of progressive HR/People experience, including 3+ years leading a People team or major sub-function.
- Proven full-cycle recruiting success, especially for technical roles, with innovative sourcing and employer branding.
- Experience scaling a people function through significant headcount growth (doubling year-on-year).
- Hands-on experience building at least three of: HRIS, performance management, compensation frameworks, hiring infrastructure, or international employment via EOR.
