Project Manager

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, communication plans, and resourcing.
• Allocate and manage project resources efficiently, monitor utilization, and lead project teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor project budgets, report monthly to leadership, and leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.

• 2+ years in a client-facing environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Pivot Tables, PowerPoint) and SmartSheet skills (custom dashboards).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Project Management certification (PMP or CAPM) or equivalent experience considered an asset.
