Bilingual Trainer

• Deliver interactive online training sessions on D2L products, ensuring engaging learning experiences for participants.
• Develop and improve training materials, resources, and documentation to support client onboarding and product adoption.
• Conduct needs assessments to create tailored training plans for clients across K12, Higher Education, and Corporate sectors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices in product training delivery and contribute to process improvement.

This role directly empowers educators and learners to effectively use D2L's Brightspace platform, enhancing the quality of education and training experiences globally.

• Minimum 3 years' experience teaching in a blended learning setting and 1 year teaching/training adult learners on complex concepts.
• Bilingual in English and Canadian French at an advanced spoken and written level (European French an asset).
• Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills with knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of eLearning and/or Learning Management Systems considered an asset.
