Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2-3 years prior experience in Customer Service capacity
  • Experience with Community platforms and social media communications for a large organization
  • Strong writing, inter-personal, project management, and process implementation skills
  • Prior experience with Brightspace, HTML, CSS, Salesforce, Twitter are assets
