Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2-3 years prior experience in Customer Service capacity
- Experience with Community platforms and social media communications for a large organization
- Strong writing, inter-personal, project management, and process implementation skills
- Prior experience with Brightspace, HTML, CSS, Salesforce, Twitter are assets
