Mission

What you will drive

  • Execute sales enablement programs to improve seller productivity, accelerate onboarding, and strengthen pipeline conversion for the North America Education Sales organization.
  • Deliver onboarding, training, and ongoing readiness programs for Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Solutions Engineers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales content, tools, and processes are current and accessible.
  • Track and report on enablement metrics to support continuous improvement.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4–7+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Operations, Training, or B2B SaaS sales roles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Experience facilitating training sessions or delivering enablement programs.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to problem solving.
