Finance & Accounting Manager

• Manage financial operations across Convergent Research and its Focused Research Organizations (FROs).
• Ensure financial scalability, compliance, and alignment with the organization's mission.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support backend infrastructure for scientific projects.

This role enables moonshot science projects by providing the financial infrastructure needed to accelerate scientific progress in areas like brain mapping, climate measurement, and mathematical software.

• Experience in finance and accounting management, preferably in a nonprofit or research environment.
• Strong knowledge of financial operations, compliance, and scalability.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

Fully remote position with domestic travel required quarterly. Additional benefits not specified.
