Manager, Strategic Initiatives

• Execute and track strategic initiatives, strategic partnerships, and M&A activities, proactively identifying and mitigating execution risks.
• Build and execute business cases, aligning with Finance on pilot programs, success metrics, and ROI tracking.
• Lead multidisciplinary execution to integrate AI tools into existing operating models and workflows.
• Drive M&A integration execution, coordinating post-merger workstreams and maintaining integration trackers.

This role empowers small businesses, entrepreneurs, and nonprofits to succeed by enabling the scaled deployment of AI tools and strategic initiatives, driving growth and efficiency.

• 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy Execution, Operations, or strategic consulting, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
• Proven track record of executing cross-functional strategic initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Strong financial, business, and operational acumen.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace; Think-Cell experience preferred.
