IT Systems Architect

• Analyze, design, implement, administer, and support Clearway's Operational IT systems, including SCADA/EMS, GMS, and energy market interfaces.
• Develop and maintain software systems, databases, displays, and interfaces for real-time operations, performance engineering, and data analytics.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and on-call rotation for system operators and dispatch personnel.

This role directly supports the reliable operation and optimization of renewable energy assets, accelerating the transition to clean energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field plus 5 years of progressive experience (or Master's plus 3 years).
• 5 years of configuration activities for software applications; 4 years with real-time applications (EMS, GMS); 4 years of renewable energy integration research.
• 3 years testing EMS/Energy Markets systems; 3 years using SQL databases (Postgres, Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL) and coding languages (C, C++, Python).
