IT Program & Enablement Manager Flexible within the US, (Northeast preferred)

• Coordinate and support a portfolio of concurrent IT initiatives across applications, data, infrastructure, security, and process transformation.
• Serve as a shared program and project management resource across IT, helping leaders plan work, track progress, and align efforts.
• Support IT operational planning, including annual work planning, OKRs, and tracking deliverables.
• Be hands-on with selected technologies (Microsoft 365, Power Platform, AI tools) to support rollouts, migrations, and adoption.

This role ensures that AJC’s technology initiatives are aligned and actively advancing the organization’s mission to counter antisemitism and protect Jewish communities worldwide, enabling staff to work more effectively through modern tools and AI-enabled workflows.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project or program management, operations, technology enablement, or closely related roles.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfort working hands-on with technology without requiring deep engineering specialization.

Salary: $105,000 to $120,000 depending on experience and location.
