What you will drive
- Design and execute a research process to define IT needs of member organizations, including conducting member discovery interviews and facilitating listening sessions.
- Develop a comprehensive IT needs survey instrument that educates respondents and captures actionable data to scope a pilot program.
- Conduct a vendor landscape analysis to identify potential IT service vendors aligned with cooperative and community-centered principles.
