• Own employee SSO provisioning for new-hire onboarding and offboarding.
• Drive faster turnaround on SOC2 audit requests.
• Audit all systems, identify usage patterns, and find cost-cutting opportunities.
• Manage vendor renegotiation cadence and device management & endpoint tooling.

• 4–7 years of experience in IT at a high-growth startup, ideally as the sole or primary IT owner.
• Hands-on depth with modern startup IT stack: Google Workspace, MDM platform, identity provider, SSO/SAML, and SaaS lifecycle tooling.
• Direct experience contributing to a SOC2 audit cycle.
• Track record negotiating SaaS contracts and rationalizing vendor spend.
• Comfort managing a mixed Mac/Windows environment and bias toward automation.

Base compensation: $150,000 - $250,000 depending on leveling/years of experience, plus stock options and company-wide bonus tied to revenue goals.
