What you will drive

  • Perform business analysis to support IT solution decisions and create/assist business blueprints.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for HR Time applications, contributing technical and business process expertise.
  • Collaborate with IT Service Managers and business stakeholders to estimate effort for solution development and change requests.
  • Design test cases, support UAT, manage integration error handling, and support incident resolution.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 8+ years of experience with HR Time applications.
  • 2+ years of experience with UKG / ADP Workforce Manager.
  • Proven experience with IT service management concepts (ITIL).
  • Strong analytical skills and fluency in English.
