IT Administrator (f/m/x) - remote

• Provide comprehensive technical support to internal staff through the IT helpdesk, addressing inquiries and resolving technical challenges.
• Prepare, configure, and provide equipment for employees, supporting onboarding for new joiners.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
• Participate in maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, cloud services, and networking.

• Relevant education in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT administration, IT support, or similar technical role.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Apple Mac OS administration, and Microsoft cloud technologies (Entra ID, Intune, Azure).
• Understanding of Linux/Unix systems and basic programming/scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python).
