Intern - People Operations

• Support employee-led programs across HR functions including Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and HR Business Partner teams.
• Assist with onboarding, recruitment, benefits administration, HRIS data management, and employee inquiries.
• Contribute to projects that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related program.

Salary range in the US: $24.00 - $24.00 per hour (annualized ~$49,920). Benefits include 401(k) participation and match, paid sick leave, and opportunity for additional internship seasons.
