Intern, Gender, Protection and Inclusion

• Support the integration of gender, protection, and inclusion considerations into WFP's programs and policies.
• Assist in conducting research and analysis on gender and protection issues in food security contexts.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and guidance notes for field staff.

This role contributes to ensuring that WFP's humanitarian and development interventions are inclusive and equitable, addressing the specific needs of women, girls, and marginalized groups in food-insecure communities.

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a graduate degree in gender studies, international development, human rights, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and research skills with experience in qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of French or Arabic is an asset.

This is an unpaid internship position. However, WFP provides a monthly stipend to cover living expenses. Interns gain valuable experience working with a leading humanitarian organization.
