AI & Systems Lead / Director / VP

• Design and develop new systems, automations, and digital tools to improve the quality, scalability, and user experience of CFI's core programs.
• Identify where technology can solve challenges or multiply results, and source or develop new digital solutions to amplify CFI's most impactful programs during rapid growth.
• Own the evolution of CFI's CRM (Airtable) and broader tech stack, and build AI-powered automations to support thousands of networking introductions and hiring rounds.

This role will create best-in-class digital infrastructure that enables CFI to serve many more consultants, run smarter programs, and make better data-driven decisions, amplifying their social impact.

• Genuinely excited by technology and AI, with understanding of how to deploy them responsibly in small growing organizations.
• Technical depth and user-focused mindset, able to assess business case for digital solutions and build them.
• Experience with CRM systems (especially Airtable), automation, and AI implementation.
