Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and manage a portfolio of statewide helplines (substance use and problem gambling) and a team of over 50 staff, setting strategic vision and ensuring effective implementation.
- Develop and manage the cluster budget ($10M+), supervise senior directors, and foster a cohesive, high-performing team culture aligned with HRiA's values.
- Engage with clients and funders, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to organizational strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 10 years of progressive leadership or management of public health programs of similar scope and size, including managing a team of at least 30 people and a program portfolio of $8โ$10M in revenue.
- Masterโs degree in public health or similar field (or bachelorโs with additional 8 years of relevant experience).
- Demonstrated experience securing and managing significant federal or state contracts, and managing large, diverse teams.
- Deep understanding of and commitment to health and racial equity, with strong client engagement and project management skills.
