Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst

• Conduct user research and create detailed PMO to FMO process flows for wireline and wireless telecom operations.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and translate business needs into automated, digitized system transformations.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and support Agile PI planning across multiple development teams.

This role helps modernize telecom infrastructure by automating and digitizing business processes, leading to more efficient and scalable operations that benefit communities through improved connectivity and services.

• BA/BS and 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams.
• Proficiency in AI and automation technologies for process mapping and optimization.
• Experience in technical writing, stakeholder facilitation, and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.).
